How coaching works
Every engagement starts the same way and then gets built around you.
Schedule a call. We talk about where you are and what you want to change. No pitch. If it is a fit, we map the work. If it is not, I will tell you.
A leadership assessment. You take an assessment that shows how you lead and how you respond under pressure, with a full debrief so you can see your own patterns clearly. It gives us a baseline and a shared language for the work.
Develop a plan. We get clear on where you're headed and the specific places you get in your own way. That becomes the plan... the few things that will actually move you.
The coaching sessions. We meet on a rhythm that fits your calendar, usually every other week to start, closer together or more spread out as your work demands. You bring the real situations from your week, the ones you cannot talk through with your team or your boss, and we work them in real time. You have email access between sessions.
